Changes To Services

Update to Operational Services.

We have been operating in New Zealand for over 2 years now and have largely had few issues with the service we offer. 

Due to circumstances outside our control we recently had staffing issues that have resulted in a breakdown in communications with our customers. 

This has impacted on the apparent quality of services offered, so in order to rectify this we have taken steps to centralize our email, phone and glazing services. 

This will now be completed from start to finish with the head office in the United Kingdom, the quality of workmanship and communications can be monitored more closely and all tasks will be undertaken by our fully trained UK staff. 

This will mean the service delivered from now on will be inline with our current expectations.
